The obsession with bandanas and off the shoulder tops continues. I found this top at a consignment store here in Vegas, but luckily it's still available online! I love wearing neck scarves with anything off the shoulder or with a blouse that has a deep-v neck. I just think of them as a necklace replacement. Plus, they can add a pop of color to your outfit. Yay-yeah!
